Closed‑cell white foam backer rod in 12–13mm diameter for regulating sealant depth and improving joint performance. Compressible and lightweight, it creates the ideal substrate for sealants in concrete, masonry, façade and glazing joints. Helps reduce three‑sided adhesion, limits sealant usage and promotes correct hourglass profiles. Simple to press‑fit and cut on site. Select a diameter approximately 25–50% larger than the joint width to ensure effective compression and retention.
