Sika Firerate is a fire rated joint sealant in 600ml sausages, formulated for perimeter seals, linear joints, and service penetrations in walls and floors. It adheres strongly to concrete, masonry, metals, and plasterboard, maintaining flexibility to accommodate movement while helping to contain fire and smoke. The low-odour, non-sag formula tools cleanly and can be painted after curing with compatible coatings. Suitable for internal and external use in commercial and residential projects where compliant fire-sealing is required around building elements.
