This 190 x 45mm H3 CCA Treated Pine, 4.8m long, offers dependable performance for external above-ground bearers, joists and rafters. H3 copper chrome arsenate treatment resists decay, fungi and termites in exposed applications. Straight and workable for accurate construction, it is well-suited to pergolas, verandahs and deck substructures. Fix with galvanised or stainless steel hardware and finish with exterior-grade coatings. Seal all cut ends and notches with preservative. Not suitable for in-ground or marine exposure; use higher hazard classes where direct soil or water contact occurs.
