This 240 x 45mm H3 CCA Treated Pine, 4.8m length, is perfect for external, above-ground beams and bearers with extended spans. H3 copper chrome arsenate treatment provides resistance to decay, fungi and termites in exposed conditions. Straight and easy to work, it suits pergolas, verandahs, carports and deck substructures. Fix with galvanised or stainless steel hardware and apply exterior-grade coatings for durability. Seal all cut ends with preservative. Not intended for in-ground or marine exposure; select higher hazard classes where direct soil or water contact applies.
