This 90 x 90mm H3 CCA Treated Pine Post, 3.6m length, is suited to external, above-ground posts for pergolas, verandahs and balustrades. H3 copper chrome arsenate treatment provides resistance to decay, fungi and termites. Straight, stable and easy to work, it allows precise setting out and secure fixing. Use galvanised or stainless steel brackets and bolts and apply exterior-grade coatings. Seal all cut ends with preservative. Not suitable for in-ground installation; select H4 or higher for soil contact. Verify sizing, spans and bracing to engineering guidance.
