This innovative aluminium wall vent kit is designed to replace a standard brick, offering a robust, weatherproof, and stylish solution for venting via an external wall. The kit includes 2m of rectangular flexible foil ducting, ideal for use in tight spaces. The ducting can be attached to the neck with duct tape or steel worm clamps, or both. The slimline vent design features louvres to protect from weather and a 2mm aluminium mesh to keep pests out, providing a BAL-40 bushfire rating.
The
ABS adapter
with a galvanised support frame attaches to the anodized aluminium vent face, ensuring durability and reliability. This kit is compatible with both 150mm flexible foil and semi-rigid ducting, making it ideal for venting exhaust fans or range hoods, as well as for sub-floor ventilation with or without a fan. The ducting is compliant with AS4254.1 and AS1668.1 standards and is 4-zero fire rated to AS1530.3. The face size is W273 x H127mm, and the box total depth is 190mm with a 90mm long neck and 100mm rectangular box depth for secure installation between bricks.
