This 190 x 45mm H3 CCA Treated Pine, 3.0m length, is ideal for external bearers, joists, rafters and heavy-duty framing above ground. H3 copper chrome arsenate treatment provides reliable resistance to decay, fungal attack and termites. Straight and easy to work for precise carpentry, it performs well in pergolas, verandahs and deck substructures. Fix with galvanised or stainless steel hardware and finish with exterior-grade coatings. Seal cut ends with a timber preservative. Not suitable for in-ground, freshwater or marine contact; use higher hazard classes where exposure is greater.
