Fosroc Nitoseal PU400 is a durable polyurethane sealant for construction and façade joints in concrete, masonry and metal. It offers excellent flexibility, adhesion and weather resistance, accommodating movement while maintaining a neat finish. Ideal for precast panel joints, control joints and perimeter sealing. Use appropriate joint preparation, primer where required, and backer rod to achieve correct depth-to-width ratios. Gun and tool to a smooth profile, protect from early water exposure, and allow full cure before service.
