Hydrochloric Acid is a strong acid cleaner for etching concrete, removing efflorescence and cleaning brickwork by dissolving mortar smears. Suitable for masonry preparation before coatings or toppings when used as directed. Dilute carefully, pre-wet surfaces, apply from bottom up, allow reaction time, then neutralise and rinse thoroughly. Always wear appropriate PPE, protect adjacent finishes and metals, provide ventilation and bunding, and follow local regulations for handling, storage, transport and disposal of acidic solutions.
